IT-based Training / eLearning Besides the practical technical training there is a proper way to deal with necessary theory in building up or upgrading competences in the construction sector à eLearning! Or how we understand it: Blended Learning! This means, that there are alternating phases dealing with theoretical contents, which will then be exercised in practical workshops to deepen the new competence and to reach a higher impact; in which country ever! Our products and services are mainly web based, i.e. via Internet (WBT) and therefore with worldwide access, but also computer based, which is mostly by CD (CBT). Experienced TeleCoaches and TeleTutors will teach the content instead of typical teachers and trainers. Our TeleCoaches and TeleTutors are construction experts (master craftsmen), who upgraded their competences in this field of learning via multimedia. They will adopt a diversified repertoire of methods, which will lead to an interesting classes´ atmosphere. Target areas are: - Secondary education à language modules - Initial vocational training à short sequences of work procedures - Continuing vocational training à longer and more complex sequences of work procedures - University à lectures eLearning module for initial vocational training (screenshot as an example) |
